Every airline's fare policies, procedures, and rules are the center of all prospective credits and refunds.
The post-ticketing facility fees are all non-refundable and subject to change at any moment without notice. Air travel channel fees, additional fees that are gathered, and other costs are calculated for each scheduled carrier. All that will be billed to you is the final total amount. Taxes and fees imposed by the government are subject to change. You will only be billed the whole amount that is shown at the end.
Our airline discounts are non-refundable up to a maximum amount. Available only in the event that our travel suppliers' fare policies permit cancellation and repayment, that we have granted your appeal for a refund, that you are not a "no show" (reservations with a maximum of one "no show" are not eligible for any waiver from providers for handling refunds), and that we are able to secure waivers from providers in order to handle this requested annulment and refund.
All of our carrier coupons, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and service fees are final sale once a 24-hour window has passed. Terminations must only be carried out over the phone. Only if the ensuing requirements have been met may we consider refund appeals.

We are unable to provide an exact timeframe for the potential processing of this appealed reimbursement. Refund appeals are all processed in a sequential manner. After submitting our annulment appeal to our client support agent, we will notify you via email that your appeal has been approved. This notice does not automatically entitle you to a reimbursement. This merely provides you with a tracking number and the appeal's response.
After receiving your appeal, we will work with the providers—carriers, lodging—to draft a waiver that complies with carrier requirements and notifies you of the provider's decision. Our service fees associated with the initial hotel or travel reservation are not refundable. Please remember that we are dependent on the suppliers to get the requested refunds. It can take longer for the reimbursement to appear on your bank statement after the provider has approved it.
All providers often demand a fee in order to issue a refund. From the time your appeal is received until you receive credit on your account, the entire process could take 60–90 days. In addition to refund penalties from other providers and scheduled carriers, the website will charge a legitimate post-ticketing facility fee that is not refundable and is subject to change at any time.
All fees associated with refunds are based on the individual traveler and ticket. These fees will only be assessed in the event that a refund has been granted formally, a disclaimer has been anticipated, and the airline's or provider's policies permit such reimbursements. The government imposes taxes and charges, which it may change or adjust. The final total amount as shown will be the sole amount you are charged.
If the expeditions are refundable, the following fees are in addition to the planned carrier forfeit applicable under the carrier fare standards.
